`clipEnd?`	`clipEnd?: boolean`	Whether contained clip end boundaries are snap targets. Defaults to true.
`clips?`	`clips?: boolean`	Whether contained clips are snap targets. Defaults to true.
`clipStart?`	`clipStart?: boolean`	Whether contained clip start boundaries are snap targets. Defaults to true.
